Get your team entered to compete in the 4th Annual Rib Cookoff during the 2026 Celebration.  Show off your smoking skills and see if you have what it takes to come out on top!  Contest for best side dish as well.  Cook on Friday and be ready for judging at 5:30pm and public tasting at 6!  We require a minimum of 5 racks of ribs to be cooked by each team but would ask to do as many as you are able for the public tasting portion of our event!
